Vocabulary Homework:
Students will have homework everyday to reinforce vocabulary lessons in class. Every Friday, students will have a vocabulary quiz on the ten words from the week.

| Tuesday | Write a sentence for each word. |
| Wednesday | Write a paragraph using at least 4 vocabulary words. |

Weekly News Article:
Students are responsible for handing in a brief summary of two current event articles every Friday. Students have the opportunity to complete this assignment during morning homeroom from 7:45-8:15. Teachers on the hallway will show CNN and will have accessible newspaper for the students to assist in completing the assignments.
